Cancellation & Refund Policy

How do I cancel an order?
• If unfortunately, you must cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
• If the cancellation is after your product has shipped and you have received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.
• Once the order has been processed, no cancellation applies, unless it’s an error from our side.
Refund Policy:
• Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 7-10 working days from the day we receive the product back.
• Custom and made-to-order items are nonrefundable.
Return Policy:
• All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging provided within 5 days. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or returned without their original labels and original packaging will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. We do not accept any returns after this time.
• All return courier charges will be borne by the customer. If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
• Also, please email us at imperialknots@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost.
• All Custom and made-to-order items are not returnable. All 8x10 ft & 9x12 ft are custom-made and are not returnable.

The Easy Return Process
• Return request must be raised within 7 days, after receipt
• We will get the item picked up on your behalf from your place.
• Reverse pick-up may not be available for some remote pin codes. You must self-ship the item in this case
• Whenever you choose to self-ship the item, dispatch it within 48 hours of raising the return request.
• On receipt of the returned item, it goes through a quality check. If the item is damage-free, we will initiate the refund process within 3-5 working days.
• Custom & Made to order items are Not Returnable/None Refundable.
Terms & Conditions
• Return the item within 7 days of the receipt.
• Return in the same condition in which it was delivered to you.
• Do not use, wash, alter/tamper, or soil the rug.
• A damaged item will not be eligible for return.
• Item must have the original packing, labels, and tags intact, altered, and an illegible serial number will also void the return.
• We will initiate the refund or replacement once the item passes through quality inspection.
• We will be charging a 10% restocking fee on all orders canceled after 24 hours.
• In case you receive a damaged/defective item, notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We might request you share the picture of the rug at imperial.knots@gmail.com. We will replace it without any cost after examining the returned items
• “7 Days Hassle Free Return” is valid for purchase within India only


Restocking Fee:
• Please note there will be a 10 % restocking fee applied to all returns.
• Quality and condition of all our products is guaranteed brand-new and all items are inspected before leaving the warehouse. Each item is guaranteed to arrive to you in top-notch condition.
• We will have no liability to you for any delay in delivering goods you have ordered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control(including, without limitation, accidents, extreme weather conditions, fire, explosion, flood, storm, earthquake, natural disaster, failure of telecommunications networks, inability to use transport networks, acts of God, terrorist attack, war, civil commotion, riots, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes, acts or restraints of government, and imposition of restrictions on imports or exports).
