All orders placed constitute an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. If an order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

4. Order Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order may be accepted.
• Cancellations after 24 hours incur a 10% restocking fee.
• Orders cannot be canceled once processed or shipped.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship through trusted courier services. The Customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If delivery fails due to incorrect/incomplete information or receiver unavailability, re-delivery charges apply. Delivery concerns must be reported within 15 days of receipt.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted strictly in accordance with our Return Policy.
