Return Policy
The Easy Return Process
- Return request must be raised within 7 days, after receipt
- We will get the item picked up on your behalf from your place.
- Reverse pick-up may not be available for some remote pin codes. You must self-ship the item in this case
- Whenever you choose to self-ship the item, dispatch it within 48 hours of raising the return request
- On receipt of the returned item, it goes through a quality check. If the item is damage-free, we will initiate the refund process within 3-5 working days.
- Custom & Made to order items are Not Returnable/None Refundable.
Terms & Conditions
- Return the item within 7 days of the receipt.
- Return in the same condition in which it was delivered to you.
- Do not use, wash, alter/tamper or soil the rug.
- A damaged item will not be eligible for return.
- Item must have the original packing, labels and tags intact, altered and illegible serial number will also void return.
- We will initiate the refund or replacement once the item passes through quality inspection.
- We will be charging a 10% restocking fee on all orders cancelled after 24 hours.
- In case you receive a damaged/defective item, notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We might request you to share the picture of the rug at imperial.knots@gmail.com. We will replace it without any cost after examine the returned items
- “7 Days Hassle Free Return” is valid for purchase within India only
